Investments…

Let’s get straight to it. What are we all looking for ? RESULTS.

Everyone wants results but nobody wants to understand the process.

Traditional education would say study a law degree (example) and your career paths are so and so.

We don’t do that, we ask What, When, why and how.

What do you want to do?
When are you starting?
Why do you want to do it?
How can you get it done?

See when you ask such questions, now you’re thinking. You are now going to do with PURPOSE.

Let me give you an example of a scenario based on one of our students last year.

She wanted to move to Saudi. She applied using our strategies and guidance, got an offer and moved.

Based on her offer which a year has passed and now that salary has increased, here’s something that she could work towards…

So let’s say you’re earning 10, 875.00 Saudi riyals a month which translates to R54,275 (26/12/24), in 12 months this translates to R651,300. In two years this is R 1.,302,600.

An apartment in Turkey could cost you 68,000 Euros which is equal to R1,323,439 (26/12/2024). In 3 years you could purchase a property in Turkey.

I will post the image for you as a second post so please excuse that as if I post with this text it shortens everything.

My point is this.
I have people say oh you don’t need coaching because a lot of info is available on the internet.

The info I just posted, the breakdown and understanding is nowhere on the internet, your friends, family and neighbors who are overseas can’t give you this understanding, why?

Because nobody looks beyond today and tmrw. Everybody today is all about “I’ll think about”, “I’ll get back to you”, “let me do my research”. By the time you do all of this, you are losing opportunities as others are taking it away from you.

Go through it and think, when you think, act, when you act, act with certainty and purpose because we are here to help and facilitate and guide, but we can’t do that without you wanting us to do that with you ;)

Welcome to the “From Why to Action” Workshop!

Our workshop is designed to help you connect deeply with your goals and turn your motivations into tangible results. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how the process works:

Day 1: Uncovering Your “Why” & Aligning Your Goal

1. Welcome & Icebreaker:
We’ll start by getting to know each other and sharing what we hope to achieve through the workshop. This will help you connect with others and feel more comfortable sharing your thoughts.

2. Discovering Your Why:
The first session is about diving into your deeper motivations. We’ll guide you through reflecting on why your goal is important and how it aligns with your values. This is the foundation of your action plan, as understanding your “why” fuels your drive to take action.

3. Aligning Your Goal:
Once you’ve discovered your “why,” we’ll ensure your goal aligns with it. You’ll reflect on your current goal, and if necessary, adjust it so it’s more meaningful to you. This makes sure your goal is not just a task, but a purpose-driven mission that will keep you motivated.

Day 2: Turning Your “Why” into Action & Maintaining Momentum

1. Action Planning:
On the second day, we move from reflection to action! We’ll help you identify one small, concrete step you can take toward your goal. The key here is breaking down the bigger goal into smaller, manageable tasks that you can work on consistently.

2. Sustaining Momentum:
The final part of the workshop focuses on maintaining progress. We’ll share strategies to stay motivated, track your progress, and celebrate small wins. Consistency is key, and we’ll provide tips to help you stay on track.

How the Workshop Works on WhatsApp:
• Short Sessions: Each day is divided into bite-sized chunks to keep you engaged without overwhelming you. You’ll receive clear instructions, reflective questions, and worksheets.
• Interactive: You’ll have the opportunity to share your responses and thoughts with the group, ask questions, and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Supportive Community: You won’t be alone! Throughout the workshop, you’ll receive encouragement and feedback from me and your fellow participants, creating a supportive environment where we all cheer each other on.

Why This Process Works:

The combination of reflection (discovering your “why”) and action (breaking goals into manageable steps) helps you create a strong foundation for success. You’ll not only have a clear vision but also a practical plan to take consistent action toward your goals. This process ensures that your goals remain aligned with your deeper values, keeping you motivated and focused.

What’s Next?

Let’s dive in! Start by reflecting on why your goal is important to you, and get ready to take your first step towards making it a reality. I’m here to guide you through each part of the process, so don’t hesitate to ask questions or share your thoughts along the way.

Why Celebrating Wins Is a Game-Changer:

🌟 Boosts Your Confidence: Every achievement, no matter the size, reminds you of what you’re capable of.
🌟 Keeps You Motivated: It fuels your energy to keep moving forward, even on the tough days.
🌟 Reframes Your Mindset: Instead of focusing on what’s left to do, you acknowledge how far you’ve already come.

What Could a Win Look Like?
• Saying yes to an opportunity that scared you.
• Completing a task you’ve been procrastinating on.
• Prioritizing your well-being (even if it was just taking a well-deserved break).
• Learning something new about yourself that helps you grow.

✨ Your progress is YOURS, and it’s worth celebrating. Progress isn’t measured by how fast you go—it’s about consistently moving forward toward your goals and values.

Progress is also a win! Celebrate it!

• To challenge yourself and prove what you’re capable of.

Whatever your reason, it’s personal, powerful, and completely unique to you.

Getting students online?

Many people ask, how do they get students?

I’d like to ask, where did you get that from?

You don’t get students! You apply to schools who function traditionally just online. Alternatively there are platforms that you may apply to who would match teachers to students and vice versa.

If you are looking for students… it means you’re going to operate as a business. I don’t think that’s the route you wish to go especially if it’s your first time teaching online.

Timings… why are we confused about time? You teaching times when working online depends on where your students/ schools are located… you follow those times.

Example - if your students are located in Argentina… you follow Argentine times.

Salary… you have to look at how many hours you can do a day in order to be able to make a decent income.

Min 3 hours a day if you’re earning 6 to 15 USD per hour min would be a good start.

Don’t make it complicated when it’s easy… however, you need to also work at it… nothing is falling at your lap as many other institutes make it seem.

Also, I would not suggest that you start heavily investing in equipment the moment you start…. These can be acquired as you go along. You can start with the basics.

Many teachers have been asking about receiving payments for online work. While many use PayPal, one significant drawback is that you must have an FNB account to withdraw funds in South Africa.

Some teachers arrange for schools or clients to transfer payments directly to their South African bank accounts. Others prefer using services like Western Union.

However, I recommend switching to Payoneer.

Payoneer stands out for its excellent customer support. If you encounter an issue, their team is quick to resolve it via email or phone.

Unlike PayPal, Payoneer is designed for professionals. You can register as a business, entrepreneur, or freelancer. If you’re a teacher or someone who doesn’t formally operate a business, simply register as an entrepreneur or freelancer and provide the required documents.

Payoneer also offers physical and digital currency cards. For example, you can choose cards in USD, GBP, EUR, or CAD, depending on the currencies you want to hold. However, note that you cannot have both a physical and a digital card in the same currency. If you have a physical USD card, you won’t be able to get a digital USD card.

These cards can be used worldwide at ATMs and POS machines. Additionally, Payoneer provides corresponding bank account details. For example, if you want to get paid in USD, you can simply share your USD bank account details, and the funds will link directly to your USD debit card.

The process is straightforward.

Now, let’s talk about fees. Like any payment platform, Payoneer charges fees. While it’s not fee-free, the costs are typically lower than PayPal’s.

In my opinion, Payoneer is an excellent choice because of the debit card feature. You don’t need to transfer your funds to a South African bank account—you can keep the money in your Payoneer account and spend it directly using the card.

I’ve been using Payoneer for two years now and have both Euro and USD physical cards, along with a GBP digital card. Whether I’m in South Africa, Turkey, Thailand, or the Philippines, my Payoneer cards never let me down.

If you’re looking for a reliable payment solution, give Payoneer a try!

Scams

There are many so-called “schools” and “companies” sending out enticing job offers and contracts that seem too good to be true. Please be cautious and avoid falling for these scams.

Recently, we’ve received numerous queries from people asking for help with documents requested by these “companies.” Unfortunately, these offers are often fraudulent.

Here are some common red flags to watch out for:
1. No interviews – Legitimate companies will always conduct an interview before offering a position.
2. Unrealistically high salaries – Salaries should align with the economic standards of the country in question.
3. Visa processing through a travel agency – Work visas must be handled by authorized immigration or labor authorities, not travel agencies.
4. Requests for payments – No genuine employer will ask you to pay for recruitment.

Another point to consider: Some people worry when they receive job offers from a “free email” account like Gmail. While it’s true that some legitimate companies use these accounts occasionally (especially during email server issues), the email provider alone shouldn’t be your only concern. Focus on the other warning signs above.

Fake contracts are becoming increasingly common. Protect yourself by verifying the legitimacy of any company before applying. Be selective about where and how you share your CV. Keep track of the dates, times, and platforms where you submit applications.

Stay safe and vigilant!

Things to keep in mind when thinking of moving abroad…

1. Accommodation
2. Flights
3. Medical Insurance
4. Visa

Are provided by the school/company you work for.

These are provided both in Middle East and Far East/South East Asia.

Now pay attention because everybody makes a mistake and fails!

Accommodation:
Is provided in one of two ways -

Accommodation is provided fully furnished or a housing allowance is provided. YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING ELSE!

You NEED to ask the RIGHT questions!

Nothing is going to sound GOOD TO YOU, if that is what you are looking for… forget the idea.

YOU NEED TO MAKE IT GOOD BY ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

There are no right or wrong salaries… Salaries are based on what works according to your NEEDS. Please don’t tell me about what the suggested salaries are based on what people told you or what you read on forums and groups… that is why people are never happy, they chasing fake figures and fake information.

Salaries are tax free in the Middle East… in the far east/ south east Asia the salary on your country is after tax.

Medical insurance has different levels… DISCUSS with the employer, it’s your right.

Cost of living - understand it for you! Not what people suggest… you don’t East the same as others!

Moving to the Middle East??

If you’re moving to the Middle East particularly to the UAE, please ensure that if your school/company is giving you housing allowance that it is a separate amount and NOT included into your salary!

What this means is that schools will give you a big amount and out of that big salary you need to pay for your accomodation which you need to look for on your own when you get to the UAE. The school will put you up in a hotel for two weeks and then you need to find a place which in most cases you need to furnish as well.

Either they give you accommodation or the housing allowance should be a separate amount and not included in your salary and they should assist you in finding accommodation if they give you an allowance.

Please make sure your read contracts carefully.

Recruitment -
Please be careful with applications that you are making as there are a lot of scams out there. It is a good thing that we provide that extra guidance and support to our students so that they don’t fall for the traps…. Some listen, some don’t, all in all… we do our best… the rest is up to you.
